The Products
Until now, we’ve offered complete Easirail kits, simple, useful, and convenient all-in-one solutions. These are still ideal for many homes, especially when you want everything pre-selected and ready to go. But we know that not every space is the same. Sometimes you need more flexibility to match specific dimensions, angles, or design preferences.
That’s why we’ve expanded our product line to include a full range of individual components. You can now hand-pick everything you need to build your own rail system from scratch, including brackets, connectors, posts, tubes, and all the necessary fixings. It’s perfect for DIY enthusiasts who want to take control of the layout and fit. Simply measure up at home, plan your rail, then head to ramps.co.uk to order exactly what you need.
Product Highlights
Every home is different, and that means every handrail might need to be different too. With the Easirail system, you’re not limited to one layout or style, the components can be combined in countless ways to suit both indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether it’s a compact wall-mounted rail or a more complex multi-post setup for steps or slopes, you can design a solution that works for your home.
To help you get inspired, we’ve included images below that showcase a few common Easirail builds. These examples highlight just how versatile the system can be. From angled connectors to wall brackets, each configuration uses a unique combination of parts, giving you a glimpse of what’s possible with our new DIY range.

Rail 1 Breakdown
This handrail was built using our new DIY components, allowing for a strong and stylish setup that fits this front entrance perfectly. Here’s how it all comes together:
- Vertical Post (ER-VP9T(B))
This is the upright post you see fixed into the ground at the bottom of the steps. It’s securely anchored using (FFXN) anchor bolt fixings to make sure the rail stays solid and safe. - Wall Bracket (ER-SBKTR(B))
At the top of the rail, where it meets the wall, we’ve used a Step Handrail Bracket Offset Right. This is specially designed to hold the rail securely to the wall, and it’s also fixed in place using anchor bolts. - Universal Connector (UCON)
The UCON is a clever stainless-steel connector that joins the rail to both the wall bracket and the upright post. It makes sure the rail stays at the correct angle and holds everything together tightly. - Handrail
The main rail section runs between the post and the wall, giving a comfortable and safe grip for going up and down the steps.
Rail 2 Breakdown:
- 3x Vertical Post (ER-VP9T(B))
These are the 3 upright posts that are vertical from the ground in the 3 different places. They are secured using (FFXN) anchor bolt fixings to ensure strength and stability. - Universal Connector (UCON)
This is the stainless-steel connector on the right of image 2. This helps connect the vertical post to the horizontal handrail tube to securely lock it in place. - Multi Angle Connector (MCON)
The MCON is the central connector on Rail 3 and helps to connect 3 different parts of therail together. It cleverly joins three different handrail sections and allows for a smooth change in direction, ideal for when the rail needs to begin angling upward for stairs. - Angled Post Connector (DCON)
Right at the top of the stairs, we’ve used a DCON angled connector to attach the sloped handrail to the final vertical post. It’s designed to handle angled joins without compromising strength or alignment.
Rail 3 Breakdown
This is a wall mounted Easirail Handrail which is different to the other 2 examples. This consists of:
- 2x Stainless Steel Wall Handrail Connector (WHCON)
You can clearly see the stainless-steel connector on the left of the image, while the right-hand one is partly hidden. They fix the handrail to the wall and project it outward at a 90-degree angle, making the rail easier to grip. - Stainless Steel Straight Connectors (SSCON)
These are the connectors that go in-between each of the handrail tubes to ensure that there is a smooth continuation when the hand runs along them. While adding stability, they make sure there are no gaps or uneven surfaces when using the rail. - Handrail Bracket Wall Fixed (ER-HBKT(B))
Mounted underneath the handrail tubes, these strong brackets support the entire rail system. They hold the handrail firmly to the wall while creating enough space behind it so you can easily wrap your hand around the rail. - 4x Handrail Tubes
Four separate handrail tubes make up the full length of the rail. These are secured by the brackets and connected with straight connectors to form one continuous, easy-to-hold handrail for added safety and support.
