Refund & Returns


If you need to return any item , please contact us at notifying us of your name and address, the reason for the return, and the order number.

You will then be issued with a returns reference, which you will need make a note of, and place inside the returns package.

Please note, any returns sent to us without prior arrangement, or without a returns reference, may not be refunded.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for, the return of unwanted items. We suggest that you return any items via Royal Mail tracking system. All returns must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

For a refund, you must inform us of your intention to return the item/s within 14 days of receipt, you then have a further 14 days to return them.

Please note – If any item has been customised, then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, unless faulty or damaged.


Faulty/damaged items:

If the items received are faulty or damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement, or refund you in full. Under these circumstances, you must contact us immediately at and we will make the necessary arrangements, and cover the cost of the return (return instructions will be advised at that point).



As long as the above conditions have been followed, when we receive the returned item/s, we will refund the amount paid within 10 working days, to the original payment method.
