Answering Your Questions

Although we have tried to present all information in a clear and intuitive way, we understand that our large selection of products and the many measurement variations for each one can be daunting.

Each member of our staff is knowledgeable about all Ramps.co.uk products. If necessary, our support team may request you send them some pictures of your threshold, step, access point, or other issue and visually determine what access solution is best for you.

Post-Sale Support

We are so confident in our mobility products that we offer a 30-day money back return policy. If you are not happy with your product, if you bought it by accident, or if you have decided that your product is not right for you, you may send it back free of charge. The only condition is that the product has not been used.

We also offer a 60-day exchange policy. This will let you replace any items that get damaged during delivery.

When you no longer need your product – whether it be an Excellent Systems kit or Easirail step kit – you need only inform us and we will collect and recycle it free of charge.

Installation Support

All our products are designed to be installed by individuals without installation experience. If, however, you are not able to do this yourself and lack the necessary support, the Easiaccess team can install them for you.

You may also realise that our equipment packages do not quite adapt to your unique circumstances. You may be dealing with an unusually cramped space or a long staircase. In such circumstances, you may need a bespoke solution designed for you.
